The First meeting of the Presiding Officers of the Regional Conference on Social Development in Latin America and the Caribbean will be held in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic within the framework of the VIII Ministerial Forum on Development in Latin America and the Caribbean, organized by the Regional Office of the UNDP for Latin America, the Vice-Presidency of the Dominican Republic and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).
